1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyExitNumber website and services ("Service") operated by Minty Analyst EOOD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Bulgaria.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

MyExitNumber provides an online business valuation calculator and report generation service. The Service estimates business value using industry-standard methods including Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE), Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA), and Revenue multiples.

3. Informational Purposes Only

The valuations and reports generated by MyExitNumber are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Our estimates are not formal business appraisals and should not be relied upon as such. We strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals (business appraisers, accountants, attorneys) before making any business decisions based on our estimates.

4. No Warranty on Accuracy

While we strive to provide useful estimates based on industry data, we make no warranty or guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any valuation, calculation, or report produced by the Service. Business valuations depend on numerous factors that our Service may not capture, and actual business values may differ materially from our estimates.

5. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

6. Payments and Refunds

Paid valuation reports are priced at $49 USD per report (or as otherwise displayed at checkout). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable, as the digital report is delivered immediately upon payment. If you experience a technical issue preventing report delivery, please contact us.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and methodologies of the Service are the property of Minty Analyst EOOD and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use generated reports for your personal or internal business purposes, but you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the reports or our proprietary methodologies without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minty Analyst EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering our algorithms, submitting false information, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
